Booked in for breakfast. Settings lovely and fresh. Bathrooms immaculate and clean. Staff very nice, food was well cooked and presented well. No issues with portion size or quality of ingredients. Very reasonably priced for a full Scottish breakfast. Choice of other dishes also appealing. Definitely return visit on the cards.

We stopped In for some lunch with family, the service was excellent and food was very tasty only complaint would be the portion sizes are very small.
One adult member had the risotto and it was smaller than the kids macaroni portion.

Lovely friendly staff. We only stayed for coffee. C hacked out menu and looked good. Will certainly be back. Although staff are young they were very attentive.

Just back, first time I've ever been & was disappointed, nice big building & nice outside, but inside it's quite like a nursing home feel, the staff were lovely & polite, I ordered the steak pie & the portion was tiny, it was really good quality food, but the portion was like a kids meal & I was starving afterwards, same with the dessert really good quality but once again a kids portion, overall I can't complain about the food as it was really good quality, but the portion size was terrible especially for the price the restaurant is charging, for a little pub/hotel in Ayrshire ( the prices are really steep, this place would be a gem if they did bigger portions & lowered the prices, I'm glad I tried it, but won't rush back .

We had a lovely dining experience at this restaurant. The food and drink was truly wonderful. The hostesses we're very pleasant and attentive. This is a dog friendly restaurant and we bought our dog. He was given a bowl of water, which I thought was very thoughtful. One of the highlights of the visit was this restaurant. I hope to come back again.

Food ok but overpriced, staff attentive, restaurant has no atmosphere, a bit like an old folks home, Basic attention to detail errors like pepper pots filled with flakes instead of powder hence no pepper coming out.

We went for dinner on Saturday great food very tasty, we had 2 courses each and couldn't fault them. Great service from the young girl who served us. Lovely decor nice atmosphere we will definitely be back.

Popped in for breakfast ,,four adults 2 children, service was amazing ,place was spotless,,,dog friendly in the bar ,,,all breakfasts were cooked to perfection ,,highly recommended

Had been searching around for somewhere nice to have lunch on a Saturday, and found it here. Nice grub, friendly staff, nice clean modern decor. Would have loved to try the banana and sticky toffee boat dessert, but sadly was pushed for time heading to Cairnryan. Only slight thing was, I could have done with a bigger plate for my panini, it just fitted on, leaving little room for escaping bits when cutting through crust. But would definitely return.👍

Great quality dishes, very traditional pub food cooked to restaurant standard. Service was friendly abd attentive. I started with pate, steak for main and summer pavlova .

My husband and I stopped here for Sunday lunch. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The food was fabulous. Not only was the roast beef main to die for, but the mushroom and thyme soup was exceptional and had me hunting online for a recipe.
Highly recommended.

Love the food in this place
Staff are helpful and music is soothing when away from the bar which was playing nothing but modern music (the only reason it lost a star)
